Documents Required to Get Saudi Arabia Visa for Indians

Different documents are required for the different visa categories, Right documents are the key to success for how to get a visa from India to Saudi Arabia.

Document Required for Business Visa

  For – New Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata

• Original Passport with 6 months validity on date of submission.
• 01 recent Passport size photographs with white background.
• Invitation/Pre-approval Letter
• Certificate of registration for the Saudi company from the Ministry of Commerce and Investment.
• Letter from the host country company which you work, stating the designation and purpose of the visit to the Kingdom, along with seal and signature. The letter needs to be attested by the Chamber of Commerce as well. (Designation to be the same on the Invitation Letter & Cover letter)
• Copy of degree apostilled by MEA
• Passport Copy – Bio Page & Last Page

      For – Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Calicut

• Original Passport.
• Passport with at least 6 months validity on date of submission.
• Recent 02 photograph with white background.
• Electronic invitation letter from Saudi Arabia company or pre-approved visa from Ministry of foreign affairs, Saudi Arabia.
• Valid Company Registration copy of Saudi Arabia company.
• Covering letter from Indian company with original seal & signature addressing to the Consulate.
• Chamber of Commerce letter with designation of applicant or Association letter with designation of applicant.(Not applicable for seamen applications).
•  Educational Qualification document in original or copy as per designation of applicant (This is optional as well as advisable to submit but not mandatory).
• If applicant is foreign national than status copy in India.
• Original CDC (Applicable only for seamen applications).
• For seamen applications CDC should be as per the passport. If there is variation than relevant proof should be given like visa copy from the country which has issued CDC to applicant.
• Submission of old passports by applicant is mandatory. If old passport is lost than FIR copy to be submitted.
• Typed Visa Application Form to be submitted and no handwritten form to be submitted.

Document Required for Tourist VISA

For – New Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata

• Original Passport with 6 months validity on the date of submission.
• Recent 01 Passport Size photograph with white background
• Confirmed Hotel Booking
• Flight Booking with confirmed return ticket
• The age of the applicant shall not be less than 18 years, unless accompanied by his/her guardians
• Proof of solvency – Updated Bank Statement for last 3 months with minimum balance of equivalent of USD 750 (All the pages need to be signed and stamped by the Bank Official/Representative). If Company bank statement is submitted than need to submit Proof of ownership / Incorporation Certificate / GST certificate.
• Passport Copy – Bio Page & Last Page

      For – Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Calicut

• Original Passport.
• Passport with at least 6 months validity on date of submission.
• Recent 02 photograph with white background.
• Covering letter from Indian company with original seal & signature addressing to the Consulate. If the applicant is student than letter from the institution needs to be submitted
• Hotel Booking.
• Flight Booking with confirmed return ticket.
• Copy of the AADHAAR CARD.
• Tour Itinerary.
• Proof of solvency – Updated Bank Statement for last 3 months with minimum balance of equivalent of USD 750 per applicant (All the pages need to be signed and stamped by the Bank Official/Representative). If Company bank statement is submitted than need to submit Proof of ownership / Incorporation Certificate / GST certificate.
• Submission of old passports by applicant is mandatory. If old passport is lost than FIR copy to be submitted.
• Typed Visa Application Form to be submitted and no handwritten form to be submitted.

Document Required for Family Vist

 For – New Delhi, Lucknow, Kolkata

• Original Passport with 6 months validity on date of submission.
• 01 recent Passport size photographs with white background.
• Pre-approval Letter
• Relationship proof – If spouse name is not mentioned in the passport then Marriage Certificate attested by Royal Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Delhi.
• Passport copy – Bio Page and last page.
• Attach the Copy of “Iqama”.

      For – Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Cochin, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Calicut

• Original Passport.
• Passport with at least 6 months validity on date of submission.
• Recent 02 photograph with white background.
• Pre-approval letter.
• Invitee first and last page of passport copy.
• Invitee Iqama copy.
• Relationship Proof:
  1. If spouse name is not mentioned in the passport than Marriage Certificate or Nikah Namah or alternative document attested by Royal Consulate General of Saudi Arabia, Mumbai.
  2. If mother / father name is not mentioned in the passport then some kind of alternate document which they may provide to confirm relationship proof.
  3. For relatives they need to submit documents which will confirm relationship proof.
• Submission of old passports by applicant is mandatory. If old passport is lost than FIR copy to be submitted.
• Typed Visa Application Form to be submitted and no handwritten form to be submitted.

How To Apply for Saudi Arabia Visa

Step 2: Book an appointment

• Visit the Taheer https://vc.tasheer.com/appointment ‘Schedule Appointment’ section of this website to book your appointment to visit the Visa Service Centre. Alternatively, you may visit the Visa Service Center to book your appointment.
• The appointment letter will provide you details of your appointment, the Visa Service Center address, fees to be paid and other important guidelines for your application.

       Step 3: Submit Visa Application

• If you have an appointment, visit the Visa Service Center not more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Do remember to read the Security Regulations before visiting the center.
• Upon arriving at the center, you will be provided a token and will be called to the counter where you can submit your documents
• All visa centers provide Value Added Services such as SMS Updates and Courier delivery for your convenience. Please refer to the relevant section under ‘How to Apply’ to know more about these services.

       Step 4: Biometric Enrolment

• Upon submitting your documents, you will be requested to submit your biometrics information (Biographic data, fingerprints and facial image) at the Visa Service Center.
• Please refer to the section ‘Biometric Enrolment’ to know more about this procedure.
• Your completed visa application will be collected at this counter for further processing.

       Step 5: Track Application

• You may track the status of your application from the ‘Track Status’ section of this website
• If you have opted for the SMS service, you will automatically receive updates on SMS when your application status changes

       Step 6: Collect your passport

• Once your processed application is ready for delivery, visit the Visa Service Center to collect your passport.
• Do remember to carry the original Invoice-and-Receipt provided to you during your application submission process. An authorization letter is mandatory if the passport is being collected by a representative/ agent.
• If you have opted for the Courier service, your passport will be delivered to the address provided by you during the application submission process.
